This policy explains what personal data we collect when you visit timez.ai, why we collect it and what rights you have. Timez is built by Anteam, which is the controller of your personal data.
What we collect
When you request information
If you fill in the request form, we collect your name, work email address, organisation, role and anything you write in the message box. We use this only to reply to you and talk to you about Timez. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests: responding to an enquiry you've made. We keep enquiries for up to two years after our last contact with you, unless you become a customer.
Analytics
With your consent, we use Google Analytics to understand how people use this site, for example which pages are visited and how people arrive. Google Analytics sets cookies and collects information such as your device, browser, approximate location and the pages you view. Our lawful basis is consent.
If you don't accept, no analytics cookies are set. Google may still receive basic, cookieless signals (such as a page view) that can't be used to recognise you across visits.
Google acts as our processor and may process data in the United States. Transfers are covered by the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
Server logs
Like most websites, our hosting infrastructure records technical information such as IP addresses and the pages requested, to keep the site secure and working. These logs are kept for a short period and are not used to identify you.

Who we share data with
We don't sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run this site and reply to enquiries, such as our hosting and email providers and Google for analytics, and only where they are bound to protect it.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, ask us to restrict or stop using it, and withdraw consent at any time. To make a request, email [email protected].
